Buying the right Hand Tools.
Today I would like to discuss Hand Tools. Hand Tools are tools like Rakes, Shovels, Pruners, Loping Shears, Etc. It seems like every hardware store has a plethora of these types of tools for sale. Some of these tools are at a very good price but their quality will barely make it through one season of gardening. Then others are so expensive that if they last for a 100 years they will not be cost effective.
Avoid the ruts in the lawn

stabilize that fuel
During the the growing season we are cutting every week and so stabilizing your fuel is not an issue, but the fact is Fuel goes stale. This blog is a reminder to put a stabilizer in your left over fuel.
Over the winter a can of gas will become useless and at over $3.00 per gallon it becomes a great money saving idea to stabilize that fuel.
Falling leaves

Just a quick tip for Falling Leaves.
This everyone knows but not everyone follows. If you spend just an hour a week on raking & bagging leaves you can save yourself that "whole day" or possibly "whole weekend" picking up the seasons fallen leaves.
